Crew requirements:

Enthusiastic, team player, willingness to learn, fun and be able to get into a racing frame of mind while on the water. Sailing ability is an added bonus but not a requirement.

Winter boat work:

All crew help during the winter to prepare the boat -there is NO free ride ! If you want to sail in the summer, please turn up to help. This is a team building activity and we have been known to drink a beer or two.
