During the off season we usually have three or four crew meetings, which include presentations, competitions, and generally just getting together to have fun and discuss the upcoming season.
Crew Requirements
Enthusiastic, team player, willingness to learn, fun and be able to get into a racing frame of mind while on the water. Sailing ability is an added bonus but not a requirement.
